Shopping
We ship most packets using e-packet, which means faster shipping to the United States and many other countries.
Yes we ship to every country in the world. To find out the shipping costs to your country, place an order and look at “shipping total” on the checkout page.
Most items arrive in 2 to 4 weeks after we ship them. Please contact us to get your tracking number to see the exact shipping time for your product.
Payment
We accept PayPal payments. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. You can use your PayPal funds or credit / debit card to complete the payment.
Absolutely. All payments are processed safely through PayPal.com and your personal payment information is not shared with us.
Personal details you submit upon checkout, such as shipping address, are stored safely in our system and are never shared with others.
Orders & Returns
Simply place the items you want to buy in your cart and continue to the checkout page. You will be asked for your shipping information and are redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us right after you have ordered. If we haven’t shipped the item(s) yet, we will give you a full refund.
In case we’ve already shipped the items, you will have to return the item or refuse it when it arrives. Once we receive the item back, we will process your refund.

We offer you a tracking number to track your order online. If you haven’t received one, please contact us and we will take care of it.
